Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail. If your order is being dispatched via Royal Mail using standard delivery then a signature is not usually required however if the parcel is too large to fit through your letterbox someone will need to be present to take your order. If you are not available, Royal Mail will put a card through your door advising that your parcel is ready to be collected from your local depot.
If your order is being dispatched using the Signed For service then you will need to available to sign for the parcel .If you are not available when delivery takes place then Royal Mail will put a card through your door advising that your parcel is ready to be collected from your local depot.
You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been despatched, please note that orders are shipped on business days only; these are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. We will obtain proof of postage on all orders. If an order is confirmed as lost by the Royal Mail then we will contact you to arrange for a replacement order to be sent or we will issue a full refund.
Returns will only be accepted for faulty items. The returns period is 14 days from receipt of order.
Return postage will not be covered by WASH & RINSE until the item has been received and confirmed that it is faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning your item. We will refund your purchase within 1-3 working days on receipt of the goods providing we are satisfied that there is a fault.
